Founded in 2004, Sola Salon Studios is a nationwide franchise network empowering more than 20,000 salon professionals across the country. Challenge

Sola aims to create a premium, spa-like environment that showcases the full range of services offered by its salon professionals while maintaining a consistent brand across locations. However, outdated, fragmented media systems got in the way. An expensive DVD-based TV service, consumer music apps, and a rigid digital directory required manual updates, created inconsistency, and wasted staff time. Together, these systems raised costs and limited Sola’s ability to deliver a unified brand experience.
