Overview

Oxford Collection is a boutique hotel group managing a portfolio of luxury properties across Oregon, Washington, California, and Idaho. After struggling to manage multiple competing music platforms across properties, Oxford Collection partnered with Rockbot to centralize operations – eliminating PRO compliance overhead, reducing support tickets, and delivering a consistent guest experience from arrival to checkout.

Challenge

As Oxford Collection grew, managing music across properties became increasingly complex — every location had its own pricing structure, hardware requirements, and administrative overhead. Maintaining compliance with Performing Rights Organizations including ASCAP, SESAC, BMI, and GMR added significant burden to an already stretched IT and operations team.
